Pathetic service. Don't expect your delivery to be on time. Their whatsApp support doesn't work. I ordered on 2nd October and still I am waiting for my order.

I don't know how much time does it takes to deliver to Surat to Ahmedabad but it has been 7 days, I wonder how much time are they taking to deliver to other states.

Customer service is bad the phone nos don't work and the email responses are pathetic. I received product that had burnt taste and wanted to replace it , inspite of being a regular customer and giving all details they did not accept at all and just gave blunt response only .. thinking of shifting though I like the quality but because of customer service i may not want to consume again unless i receive some positive feedback from them
